Fans who stayed tuned during the closing credits of “Percy Jackson and the Olympians” Season 2 were in for a surprise treat.
As the finale credits rolled, Disney+ unveiled a brief teaser for Season 3, officially announcing the series’ return later this year. This sneak peek gave a glimpse of the adventures awaiting Percy Jackson and his companions, indicating that the narrative will continue beyond the dramatic ending of Season 2.
Season 2 saw Walker Scobell reprising his role as Percy Jackson, joined by Leah Sava Jeffries, Aryan Simhadri, Charlie Bushnell, Dior Goodjohn, and Daniel Diemer. The season also showcased an impressive lineup of guest stars such as Lin-Manuel Miranda, Jason Mantzoukas, Glynn Turman, Courtney B. Vance, Andra Day, Adam Copeland, Margaret Cho, Kristen Schaal, and Rosemarie DeWitt.

For those new to the series, “Percy Jackson and the Olympians” is adapted from Rick Riordan’s fantasy book series. Brought to television by Riordan and Jonathan E. Steinberg, the show chronicles the journey of demigod Percy Jackson as he embarks on a national quest to prevent an impending war among the Olympian gods.
Steinberg and Dan Shotz lead the team of executive producers, working alongside Riordan, Rebecca Riordan, and other long-time collaborators on this adaptation.
Production on Season 3 is already underway in Vancouver. The upcoming season will adapt The Titan’s Curse, the third book in Riordan’s bestselling series, which introduces new challenges and expands the world of Camp Half-Blood.
