Post Malone is in a custody dispute with his ex-fiancée and fans of the Sunflower singer are finally learning a little more about the woman with whom he shares a child.

The 29-year-old hitmaker and his ex had kept their relationship very low key, with no one really knowing the mystery woman’s name, until she filed for physical custody of their almost three-year-old daughter earlier this week. 

Page Six reported Hee Sung Park, who goes by Jamie, filed her petition in the family law division of Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday.

She revealed their daughter, identified only as DDP, was born on May 26, 2022. 

In court records Park is asking the court to grant joint legal custody over the little one, but wants the girl to live with her fulltime, while granting visitation rights to Malone. 

The single mom says their daughter has has been living with her since November 2024. 

Park, who appears to be trying to build a business as a TikTok influencer also wants Malone to cover her legal fees, and pay child support.

Park, who produces content under the moniker s0ysauceee_, has 18.4 thousands followers on TikTok, and posts about anything  from makeup tutorials, to what she does during yoga classes and dinners out with friends. 

Those who have found her postings seem to be coming down strongly on Park’s side. 

‘Oooo he messed up. you stayed out of the media for him and now? BLESSING US WITH YOUR BEAUTY,’ wrote one new fan. 

‘Idk what happened but I’m on your side girl,’ wrote another.

‘I’ve never been so excited for someone to be on socials in my life, much love to you! ✨’stated a third. 

According to TMZ, Park and Malone had been living in Utah prior to their split and that’s where they had been living prior to Park moving to California early this year. 

As a result, Malone, whose legal name is Austin Post, filed his own petition with the court in Utah, where he would have to pay less in child support.

His petition remains under seal, so no word on what he is asking the court for custody-wise.

Post Malone is currently in a relationship with Christy Lee. 

The dispute seems to come down to the money, as Malone will not be home much for the near future. The Circles singer is currently preparing for his Travelin’ Tail Gate tour which will kick off May 3 in Las Vegas and go through June 21.

In August, he and Jelly Roll will embark on the Big A** World Tour traveling through Europe for most of August and September.
