'Below Deck Down Under' Season 3 trailer: There are stormy seas ahead for Captain Jason Chambers without Chief Stew Aesha Scott

Below Deck Down Under Season 3 will be cruising onto Bravo this February, but without one of its beloved OG stars. While Captain Jason Chambers returns to the helm, Chief Stew Aesha Scott will be sitting this voyage out—likely because of her triumphant stint on Below Deck Mediterranean Season 9. Fans may be mourning the absence of Scott, but will no doubt welcome back Season 2 standouts Chef Tzarina Mace-Ralph and Deckhand Harry Van Vliet with open arms.

Chambers, Mace-Ralph, Van Vilet and a fresh-faced crew of yachties will board the Motor Yacht Katina—the franchise’s largest vessel yet—and set sail across the gorgeous waters around the Seychelles off the coast of Africa. The new crew consists of: Chief Stew Lara Rigby (who has some mighty big shoes to fill); Bosun Wihan Du Toit; Deckhands Johnny Arvanitis and Adair Werley; and, Stews Brianna Duffield and Marina Marcondes de Barros. In another franchise first, Sous-Chef Anthony Bird will join Mace-Ralph in the galley [WATCH THE TEASER HERE].

Fans know that all these fresh faces bring fresh drama! The Season 3 teaser is chockfull of entitled guests (including The Bachelor‘s Corrine Olympios), sexy costumes (hello Captain Jason!), romantic connections (“It’s a love boat,” coos Van Vilet in a voiceover), and conflicts among the crew (Du Toit is seen scolding both Van Vilet and Rigby). Perhaps the juiciest bit of drama involves Rigby and Mace-Ralph.

“You’re being a dickhead,” says Rigby to Mace-Ralph as she angrily carries a plate out of the galley. “I’m being a dickhead?” asks Mace-Ralph in shock. “You’re being so unorganized!” Then, a montage plays in which Mace-Ralph calls Rigby “the biggest control freak [she’s] ever met” in her voiceover. The most shocking moment comes when Chambers sits Rigby down to address her issue with Mace-Ralph. “She’s saying I bullied her,” explains Rigby. “That’s not bullying; that’s my professional opinion.” “I will not tolerate the heads of my departments yelling at each other,” warns Chambers .

Will Chambers be able to swim against the “undercurrent of negativity” aboard the Katrina? Tune in Monday, February 3, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo to find out!

Episodes will be available to stream the next day on Peacock.
