Nigerian influencer Priscilla Ojo has spoken out regarding widespread rumors about her husband, Tanzanian musician Juma Jux. Reports have circulated that his store was destroyed by protesters amid the turmoil surrounding Tanzania’s recent presidential election.
On Thursday, social media was abuzz with a viral post on X (formerly known as Twitter), suggesting that Juma Jux’s opulent fashion store, valued at over $780 million, was set on fire by angry demonstrators following the contentious election results.
The startling allegation quickly gained traction online, prompting numerous blogs to report on the incident. Fans and followers expressed their concern and support for the couple during this challenging time.

However, Priscilla Ojo clarified the situation via Snapchat, confirming that while some items were stolen during the unrest, the store building itself was not burnt. Her update came hours after the false reports caused widespread panic online.
This comes after the couple recently visited Lagos with their adorable son, following a lavish welcome-home party hosted by her mother, Iyabo Ojo.
