Get excited, Vanderpump Rules fans! Production on season 12 of the popular Bravo series is getting underway very soon. How soon exactly? Cameras will reportedly start rolling on the reboot in a matter of weeks, starting in April 2025.
Production on ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Season 12 is set for April 2025
According to a TMZ report, Vanderpump Rules Season 12, which features an entirely new cast, will begin in a “few weeks.” Production sources told the outlet the revamped series will go into production starting early April 2025.
The sources also shared some details about the structure of the new season, claiming it will follow VPR’s original formula. That means audiences will see all the behind-the-scenes drama at Lisa Vanderpump’s Hollywood restaurant, SUR. Fans can also expect to get a glimpse of everyone’s lives outside of work, which is reportedly the “meat of the show.”
As for when the new season of Vanderpump Rules will air, it has no release date yet as the latest installment is beginning production.
The new ‘VPR’ cast reportedly includes 14 people
Bye, Tom Sandoval, Ariana Madix, James Kennedy, Tom Schwartz, Lala Kent, Scheana Shay, and Katie Maloney. The veteran Vanderpump Rules cast members are out. The only familiar face is the show’s namesake, 64-year-old Vanderpump.
The new season reportedly includes 14 new cast members, ranging from “full-time” to lesser seen “friends of the cast.” The VPR newbies, sources claimed, finalized their contracts in early March 2025.
The original cast members learned of the reboot back in November 2024. However, they weren’t surprised after the network paused the show in April of that year.
