Exciting news from the music world: Latto is expecting!
The artist announced her pregnancy through Instagram on Friday, showcasing her growing belly alongside a lion cub in a captivating photo. She accompanied the image with the caption, “BIG MAMA (the album) 5/29. Business & Personal (Intro) song & video out now. Thank you God.”
Latto further confirmed her pregnancy in the newly released “Business & Personal” music video. One intimate scene highlights male hands gently cradling her stomach, while in another, she confidently poses atop a white Rolls-Royce, dressed in a chic polka-dot ensemble and holding a pink umbrella, proudly flaunting her bump.
In the song’s lyrics, she hints at her pregnancy with lines like “car seat got a kid on the way” and “this baby ain’t slowin sh-t down but the horsepower.” She also mentions the challenges of “tryna hide my belly” and preparing “with nothing but some water and prenatals.”
Social media was abuzz with responses to her joyful announcement.

Earlier in the day, Latto posted a teaser that hinted at the pregnancy announcement. The clip opened with her walking toward a lion cub and feeding it a bottle of milk.
“I ain’t go missing,” she said in a voiceoverr. “I had to give y’all time to miss me. Before you run the game, you gotta take baby steps to go the distance. Home to the studio, studio back home, listening to every beat, feeling every kick.”
“Ever since I was a little girl, I always dreamed of having my own,” she continued. “Big Momma. But this time the stakes way bigger. Now it’s on me to deliver.”
Last month, Latto fueled pregnancy rumors by wearing a prosthetic belly in a video. This time, there’s no guessing — Big MAMA is pregnant.
