Rebel Wilson is trying once more to offload her Sydney pad after pulling it from the market last year.
In a surprising twist, the estate agent responsible for selling off the chic investment property is none other than Anne Wilson – the Hollywood star’s younger sister.
Originally scheduled for auction in 2024, the two-bedroom, two-bathroom Balmain flat is now on the market for $2million after it was originally listed for $3.3million.
The discounted price comes after Realestate.com revealed that Rebel was advised by her previous agent to knock down the price to $2.2million.
Instead, Rebel delisted the property and later rented it out for $1,200 a week.
Tucked away in the heritage-listed Lever Brothers soap factory, Rebel purchased the two-bedroom pad off the plan back in 2018 for $1.8million.

Situated just 4km from the CBD, the flat is spread over two levels and boasts stunning views of Sydney’s skyline.
Features include a rooftop terrace, a study space and a main bedroom boasting a sprawling walk-in robe and ensuite.
The kitchen, meanwhile, offers Carrara quartz stone benchtops, an integrated Liebherr fridge, and a luxurious breakfast bar.
Other highlights include engineered oak floorboards throughout, ducted air conditioning, and custom joinery.
EV drivers will be thrilled to find a charging station installed in the double security parking garage of the building.
Rebel first listed the property back in June last year, with an asking price of $2.3million.
She then pulled the property from auction in July, before enlisting her younger sister Annachi ‘Anna’ Wilson to sell the pad.
Back in 2022, Rebel offloaded her stunning Birchgrove property for an eye-watering $9.5million.

That same year, Rebel purchased another Birchgrove property for $3.6million, through her company, Camp Sugar Productions.
