Scott Disick didn’t intend for his Mounjaro use to get outed on The Kardashians.

In the Hulu show’s Season 5 premiere — which dropped in May 2024 — Disick’s box of Mounjaro was quickly spotted in his fridge by eagle-eyed viewers. But it wasn’t until the episode aired that Disick realized his secret had been revealed.

In The Kardashians Season 6, Episode 4 — which was filmed around the same time the Season 5 premiere dropped on the streaming platform — Khloé Kardashian becomes the first to inform Disick that the world knows he used Mounjaro to lose weight.

“Did you see from the show? Did you see what’s in your fridge?” Kardashian asks over a FaceTime call, to which Disick replies, “No? No! It shows the Mounjaro?! You’re lying!”

The Good American founder tells him the news is “everywhere,” while he adds, “Oh, fuck me running! By the way, I’m not embarrassed that I took it.”

Kardashian agrees that he “shouldn’t be” ashamed of taking the weight-loss drug.

“When I was fat, I would’ve drank that shit. I don’t get the shame of it,” she says. “When I was bigger, I took laxatives. I would take anything. Everyone was pushing something. Because it was the early 2000s, Anna Nicole Smith — what is a Trim Spa Baby? Anything!”

Disick, for his part, shares his NSFW response to anyone hating on his Mounjaro use.

“Everybody that’s got a problem with Mounjaro can suck on my ****. And by the way, they can see my **** now because for a minute you couldn’t!” he says. “It was tough living that large, I’ll tell ya.”

The Talentless founder previously attributed his weight gain to back issues he suffered as a result of a 2022 car accident when he hit a curb and flipped his Lamborghini. But Disick revealed on a Season 5 episode of The Kardashians that his habit of eating “a whole box” of Hawaiian rolls every night and “20” ginger ales a day also contributed to his weight gain.
