SETH Meyers has revealed that his dog Frisbee has died, and fans can’t help but point out the canine’s eerie link to Andy Samberg.
The Late Night with Seth Meyers host shared the sad news via Instagram on Tuesday.

Seth posted a carousel of photos of the family’s senior Italian greyhound with a heartfelt message about their time together.
“RIP to Frisbee, our OG IG who I was happy to go grey with,” the TV star’s caption read.
“She was at her best curled in your lap and patient when we dressed her up like a pilgrim. Thanks for 14 amazing years, girl.”
Many familiar names shared their condolences in the comments, including fellow comedians Adam Pally and Kenan Thompson, who each expressed kind words.
Amy Poehler’s podcast’s official Instagram page also entered the thread, writing “Frisbee forever,” just weeks after Seth gushed about the canine during a June 3 appearance on the show.
WISHFUL THINKING
However, much of the conversation focused on Saturday Night Live alum and Seth’s BFF Andy’s hatred of the dog.
To emphasize Andy’s disdain for Frisbee, which had become an ongoing joke between the comics, Seth challenged Amy to tell the Brooklyn Nine-Nine star that the dog died to see his reaction.
The podcast host accepted and revealed the fabricated news to Andy on the July 8 episode, and the actor was shockingly pleased.
“Don’t even play because I’ll be so happy,” Andy responded with a massive grin on his face before breaking out in laughter.
He then continued to share his dislike for the pet, humorously comparing it to a “rat carcass.”
NEVER FORGET
Fans didn’t forget Andy’s cruel comments and highlighted them in Seth’s Instagram post announcing Frisbee’s passing.
“May her ghost haunt Andy Samberg forever,” one person wrote.
“Does anyone have an alibi for Samberg?!” another said.
“Andy’s birthday wish came true,” added a third.

Others raised eyebrows as Frisbee’s death coincidentally fell the day after Andy’s birthday.
“Frisbee dying on Andy’s birthday??? Did someone check his alibi?” someone remarked.
“Frisbee getting the last laugh by dying for Andy’s birthday is diabolical,” another noted.
FAST PALS
Fans previously applauded Andy’s feud with Seth’s dog, laughing at its silliness and the pair’s banter about it on the podcast.
Seth and Andy’s friendship dates back to the early 2000s when they were castmates on Saturday Night Live.
They have remained close over the years and have collaborated on numerous projects since.
