Chris Hughes and JoJo Siwa have very much shed the “platonic” label of their relationship. The pair’s romance became public back in May when they were spotted smooching in Mexico. Now, Hughes is offering up personal details about their life behind closed doors.

In a chat with E! News, Hughes revealed that Siwa had named his testicles.  “She calls my balls Jimmy and Timmy, so she must like Jimmy and Timmy,” he told the outlet. The admission came after Hughes was asked what he thought of Siwa’s interest in naming her children “Freddy, Teddy, and Eddy.”

Still, Siwa and Hughes denied a romantic connection, but not for long. In May 2025, they were spotted together in Mexico, with Hughes confirming that their relationship had progressed beyond a platonic stage. They’ve documented their travels together ever since.

Hughes was single heading into Celebrity Big Brother UK, but his ex-girlfriend did have comments on his change in relationship status. Olivia Atwood, who married a former flame after her split from Hughes, was asked what she thought of the pairing on social media. She replied that she thought Siwa was “really famous,” suggesting Hughes is seeking fame instead of love. Neither Siwa nor Hughes commented on the swipe.
