Fans are once again rushing to support Hailey Bieber after comments made by Justin Bieber. Here’s what he said in a recently resurfaced video.
After facing backlash throughout May, Justin Bieber’s past comments about Hailey Bieber have landed him in hot water this June. In a resurfaced clip from 2020, Justin tells viewers not to listen to what his wife was saying. He then tells her her looks are the only reason he has stayed with her. Many people have rushed to defend Hailey in the comments.

In a 2020 Instagram live, Justin and Hailey sit in the backseat of a car. While Hailey looks at her phone, Justin tells fans not to listen to her.
“Don’t listen to her. She has no idea what she’s talking about ever,” he said. “Ever.”
He added that he wouldn’t be with her if it weren’t for her looks.
“If you weren’t so hot, I would have got rid of you a long time ago,” he said.
The couple reunited in 2018 and married shortly after. They welcomed a son together in 2024.
Fans are not happy with him
While some people have commented in defense of Justin, many have expressed their sympathy for Hailey. They don’t believe he behaves in the way a loving partner should.
“He doesn’t like her,” one person wrote in the comments of a TikTok from the Daily Mail. “I feel bad for her.”
“When someone loves you, it shows… but when they don’t love you, it can be even more noticeable,” wrote another person.
Hailey has also been the subject of controversy in the past, but even those who dislike her have expressed their sympathy.
“I don’t like Hailey very much, but I do feel awful for her,” one person wrote. “She does not deserve this.”
Many people encouraged her to leave him. She recently sold her company, Rhode, for $1 billion, and people feel that a divorce would only add to her successful year.
“She needs to LEAVE THIS MAN and RUNNN.”
“Imagine her becoming a billionaire AND leaving her husband in the same year,” one person wrote, adding two star-eyed emojis.
Just a few weeks ago, Justin stoked the ire of social media users with a post about Hailey. When she appeared on the cover of Vogue, he celebrated her by bringing up one of their fights.
“Yo this reminds me when Hailey and I got into a huge fight,” he wrote in the caption. “I told hails that she would never be on the cover of vogue. Yikes I know, so mean. For some reason because I felt so disrespected. I thought I gotta get even..”
He faced significant criticism for the caption, prompting him to change it several hours after posting. Many people wondered why Justin couldn’t simply congratulate his wife for her accomplishment instead of recalling a time he tried to tear her down.
