A Nigerian woman has captured the internet’s attention by publicly addressing a man who sought a ₦100,000 loan from her, leaving social media users both surprised and amused.

The woman, who goes by the X handle @ARIAREIGN186083, posted details of the incident, including the man’s reaction after she refused his request.
As she narrated, the man, whose name she chose not to disclose, responded by blocking her on WhatsApp, and she included screenshots of their conversation.
In their exchange, the man seemed irritated before cutting off contact, with the woman revealing she suspected the loan request was not genuine from the start.
