And while the dish is no longer on the menu, the chef was more than happy to rustle up the dish upon request of the Scottish icon, asking customers: ‘Shall we bring them back?’

Billy retired from live performances in 2018 as he struggled with brain disorder Parkinson’s which affects people’s ability to move, talk and their coordination, causing them to shake.

And last year, Billy admitted he thinks about death every day after his Parkinson’s Disease diagnosis in 2013.

While the Scottish actor insists he’s not afraid of dying, he says he thinks about it ‘a lot’ after seeing people die.

Sir Billy went on to explain how he’s unable to do things he used to enjoy, including playing musical instruments and singing.

He said: ‘Parkinson’s has taken a lot from me. I can’t play the banjo any more. It’s just a noise. I can’t yodel any more — I used to like yodelling. I can’t smoke cigars.

‘As it goes along it’s taken more and more of what I like. And it’s kinda painful. I have to behave in a certain way so my children don’t think I’m a dead loss. I want them to think: “He does well with what he’s got”.’
