Prince William and Prince Harry‘s rift has gone on for years now with no end in sight.
The bad blood between the brothers seemed to boil over when Harry and Meghan left the U.K. and moved to America. The Duke of Sussex brought up his strained relationship with William in televised interviews and aired out some dirty laundry by sharing his version of fights and disputes they had over the years in his memoir Spare.
Insiders have revealed that the siblings don’t even speak to each other anymore. And the Prince of Wales has made his feelings clear as his friends told the Daily Beast: “William feels utterly betrayed by Harry … he hates him for what he has done to the family in the books and interviews … it’s no secret William would prefer it if Harry never stepped foot in England again.”
But one man thinks he knows just what to do to bring the royals together to eventually heal their rift and that is Snoop Dogg. Here’s more on what the rapper suggested.
Snoop Dogg previously said he had ‘influence’ over Prince William and Prince Harry
Snoop Dogg, whose real name is Cordozar Calvin Broadus Jr., has known the royal family for several years.
Some may recall that the “Gin and Juice” artist took part in a video with Prince Willian and Kate following the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris with a congratulatory message to Team Great Britain saying: “Thank you Great Britain on behalf of Big Snoop Dogg, the prince and his lovely wife.”
And years earlier, he spoke about how Queen Elizabeth II was his “gal.”
In a conversation with The Guardian, Snoop said that back in the ’90s: “When they tried to kick me out of England, the queen made a comment that her grandbabies loved Snoop Doggy Dogg, and he had done no wrong in Britain … Those grandbabies grew up to be Prince William and Harry, so I had influence on them.”
But does he have enough influence now to help heal their royal rift?

While Snoop Dogg probably isn’t the first person to come to mind when you think of someone who can resolve William and Harry differences, the “Drop It Like It’s Hot” hitmaker has offered to do just that in the best way he knows how.
The hip-hop legend told The Mirror: “Harry and William, I have known for a long time now. Harry asked me to perform at William’s bachelor party but I couldn’t make it.”
Snoop added that he’s down to help them heal their rift now and would come to them saying: “Anything they want to perform at now, I am there. They are brothers, man. Anything that gets them in the same room and being brothers again will be worth it. Life is too short to not make things right, and if Snoop can help heal that relationship, then let’s do it.”
We’ll just have to wait and see if the royals ever take Snoop up up on that offer.
