Solange Knowles is one proud auntie and she’s letting the world know it.

On Monday, April 28, the Grammy-winning artist took to social media to show support for her niece Blue Ivy Carter, who delivered a show-stealing performance during the opening night of Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter Tour at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.

“TT’s babbyyyyyy killing s–t!” Solange wrote on X (formerly Twitter), reacting to a clip of Blue Ivy during the dance break for “AMERICA HAS A PROBLEM.” She also reposted a highlight of the moment on her Instagram Stories.

Blue Ivy, 13, joined her mother on stage for several performances, including “YA YA,” “Buckin,” “AMERICA HAS A PROBLEM,” and “Deja Vu.” For the “Deja Vu” segment, she wore a brown leather chaps and fringe tank outfit, walked down the center runway, and led backup dancers through choreography that referenced Beyoncé’s original 2006 performance from the B’Day era.

Later in the show, Blue returned for another special moment, this time alongside her 7-year-old sister, Rumi Carter. The siblings appeared during Beyoncé’s live performance of “PROTECTOR,” a track from Cowboy Carter that opens with Rumi’s sweet voice asking, “Mom, can I hear the lullaby please?”

As Beyoncé sang to Rumi, the little one stood front and center smiling and waving to the crowd, before turning to give her mom the sweetest hug. Blue danced nearby, eventually joining them as the song came to a close.

The family moment had fans buzzing and Beyonce’s mom, Tina Knowles, shared her own emotional response on Instagram:

“Oh my God this moment!! The tears, the love the protection. It’s one of my favorite songs on the record. Because it talks about allowing your children to grow and to shine on their own, but still being a protector.”
