Sophie Cachia ‘sexual and empowered’ following shock split from fiancée Maddie Garrick 

Sophie Cachia has entered her ‘rebirth’ era. 

The self-help author announced on social media this week that she’s feeling ’empowered’ following her split from fiancée Maddie Garrick.  

‘I genuinely feel so happy. I feel free. I feel creative. I feel sexual. I feel empowered,’ the 32-year-old wrote. 

‘My energy is now mine and mine only (including for my kids). My thoughts are only for me and mine only’ she went on. 

‘I feel a massive stone is off my chest and it’s come so soon that it didn’t feel natural to feel like this so quickly, but I’ve given it permission to come in and I’m so glad I did. There is no timeline on healing.

‘I probably feel the most like myself in well over a decade.’

Sophie has wasted no time getting back on the horse following her shock split from her fiancée Maddie last month.

Last week, she was spotted leaving a Sexyland Adult Store in Essendon, Melbourne, with a gal pal.

It comes after her split from basketball player Maddie last month left fans in shock, as there had been little indication things were going downhill for the long-distance couple. 

Back in mid-October, Sophie said she was ‘counting down the sleeps’ until she could see her fiancée in Italy, where she had taken a job at a women’s basketball team.

‘While breakups are sad for everyone, I have chosen to have a really positive mindset and I have peace knowing we shared a wonderful few years together and I wish her all the best both personally and professionally overseas,’ she told The Herald Sun.
