For the real estate developer, the decision not to bring kids into the picture was one she made years ago, and it was all to make it easier to reach her biggest goal. During a recent episode of The Real Housewives of Miami, Shojaee talked about her family structure.

Shojaee, 40, revealed during a confessional that she was motivated by making money from a young age, focusing on becoming “filthy rich.” The ambition was so crucial to Shojaee that it informed every other decision she made, including the decision not to have children. She revealed she briefly considered freezing her eggs but opted out when she realized she hardly had time to schedule one appointment, let alone raise a child.

Shojaee is a real estate development executive currently serving as president of Shoma Group. She joined the company in 2013 as the chief marketing officer and has since advanced. According to Bravo, Shojaee was named president in March 2025.

Shojaee is responsible for expansive projects across South Florida. She is also working on expansion projects in California, Texas, Mexico, and Colombia, and recently spearheaded the successful $102.5 million sale of Sanctuary Doral apartments, says The Real Deal. Stephanie and her businessman husband share a net worth of around $300 million, according to Reality Tea.

Shojaee joined The Real Housewives of Miami cast for season 7. She has connections to multiple women in the group. Still, her connection to Larsa Pippen will be important. Shojaee looks like she’ll be a divisive new character.
