The stars of Strictly Come Dancing 2022 stepped out at a London dance studio on Friday night after completing another day of rehearsals ahead of their live arena tour.
In February, the cast of last year’s hit BBC One dance competition will be crossing the country and performing for crowds in various different arenas.
But for now their focus remains on practicing their steps, with Helen Skelton joining Fleur East, Molly Rainford and others heading home after another practice session.

Countryfile star Helen, 39, cut a casual figure in a brown shearling jacket, leggings and comfortable pink trainers while carrying a suitcase.
Singer Fleur, 35, wore a cropped black coat to keep warm as well as khaki leggings while actress Molly, 22, wore a white fleece as she beamed away.
Will Mellor, winner Hamza Yassin, Nikita Kuzmin, Neil Jones and Amy Dowden were among the other Strictly stars leaving the dance studio.

It comes after earlier this week Hamza discussed the strong bond he and dance partner Jowita Przystal had and the dynamics of their ‘trust-based’ relationship following their success on the show.
The wildlife presenter, 32, and the professional dancer, 28, appeared on Tuesday’s episode of the One Show to discuss their winning stint.
Their appearance came after Hamza reportedly unfollowed Jowita’s rumoured love interest Giovanni Pernice amid claims he is ‘devastated’ by their relationship.

However the dancing duo put on a united front during their TV interview, as they discussed how they built trust when completing lifts on the show.
They are set to join the Strictly Come Dancing arena tour later this year.
Jowita said: ‘It’s going to be amazing, we’re bringing the live show to the arenas. There will a lot of dancing, a lot of different dancing. There will be emotions, crying and laughing.

‘It will be a big celebration of what we’ve done throughout the season. It will be a thank you for the support we’ve got.
Hamza said: ‘I know it’s going to be so different to wildlife, it’s a small group and you’re somewhere remote.
‘So this will be a different experience but the group we’ve got are great.’
