Congratulations are in order for Sydel Curry-Lee and her husband, Damion Lee. The celebrity couple joyfully welcome their third child after a challenging journey with fertility struggles.

The NBA player posted a picture on Instagram, introducing the new addition to world.

“Our miracle baby, Dacen Lee — V•XX,” Lee captioned a picture of himself, Curry-Lee, and their three children.

Curry-Lee herself shared a special introduction on her official Instagram page of their new addition.

In an Instagram post, she shared a video of the newborn wearing a knit sweater with his name embroidered in bold blue letters. “Complete,” she wrote. “Dacen Lee made his beautiful arrival 5/20/2025. Feeling extremely blessed to be able to finally hold this miracle baby boy. Cherishing these sleepless nights and newborn bubble!”

Back in December of 2024, the couple announced they were expecting their third child, after sharing their fertility journey story. Their first two children: son, Daxon, 3, and daughter Daryn, 21 months, were both conceived with via in vitro fertilization; however, baby Dacen was an unexpected blessed surprised as he was a natural conception.

“Thankful to say the least!” Sydel captioned a video of Damion holding her baby bump at the time. “We are so excited to announce our newest little miracle that we never could have imagined. After experiencing the miracle of IVF we are now living in the miracle of natural conception due May 2025 Thank you Lord! #LeeForThree #babynumber3.”

The mental health advocate admitted to her followers, in an Instagram story a few days ago, that she is a bit anxious at the moment not only about being a mother-of-three, but about her postpartum journey as well.

“I will say that I’m having a little bit of anxiety around having three kids,” the 30-year-old shared. “Right now I have a full village, like, both my mom and my mother in law are here. Damion’s here. It’s the off-season, so I’ve got, like, hella hands on deck. And so I lie awake at night sometimes thinking about how I’m gonna do all of this when I don’t have all of them here. But that’s kind of the worst part of my mental right now.”

Curry-Lee also confirmed that Dacen will be her last and so she is going to try and definitely “cherish” all of the memories.
