Tragedy strikes as teenager diagnosed with HIV passes away, in the wake of financial support.

Earlier, Agiye Amira, a renowned philanthropist, paid a visit to Benue state to help HIV patients with food and medication, only to be met with the news of the teenager’s passing.

However, the teenager’s father was interviewed and shared further insights about his daughter’s battle with HIV.

According to him, he discovered his daughter’s HIV diagnosis last month, while undergoing tests that confirmed he was HIV negative.

Furthermore, he revealed that his wife’s HIV-positive status may have led to their daughter’s contraction of the virus.

“I never knew my wife was positive, until I discovered the daughter was positive. I’ve been very careful of my children”, He stated.
