Is anyone else longing for another escape to the Madison River Valley?
Several major Paramount+ series have recently made their returns. Dexter Morgan is back to his familiar routine in the latest season of Dexter: Resurrection, Sylvester Stallone’s Tulsa King has returned for a fourth season, and the fourth and final season of Yellowjackets is scheduled to premiere later this month.
Meanwhile, the season finale of MobLand is set to arrive on Friday, November 20.
One notable title missing from that lineup is Taylor Sheridan’s The Madison.
Starring Michelle Pfeiffer, the six-episode first season premiered in March, and viewers are eager to return to the series’ breathtaking Montana setting. So, what’s next for this scenic Paramount+ drama? When can fans expect The Madison Season 2?
Here’s everything we know so far.
Will There Be Another Season of The Madison?
Yes. Paramount has renewed The Madison for both Seasons 2 and 3.
When Does The Madison Season 2 Come Out on Paramount+?
Paramount+ has not announced an official premiere date, but production on the second season of The Madison has already wrapped.
“The first season was a lot of grief and upheaval,” series star Beau Garrett told Deadline in June. “Now we’re settling into Montana in Season 2, and I think that there’s a lot that comes with that… There’s going to be stuff that comes up as time goes on.”
There is also an intriguing update about the series’ future. During a May 2026 interview with The Playlist, The Madison star Ben Schnetzer said he is expected to begin filming Season 3 at “the top of ’27.” He added that production is being timed around the release of Season 2.
January and February 2027 are both possible release windows. However, Paramount+ recently announced that the fifth and final season of Mayor of Kingstown will premiere on January 15, 2027. To avoid crowding its schedule with major releases, the streamer could hold The Madison Season 2 for a February debut.
For now, the best prediction is that Season 2 of The Madison will premiere in early 2027 on Paramount+.
