Tia Mowry is in awe of how quickly her children are growing up. The actress recently shared her feelings on how fast time is flying as she watches her kids hit new milestones and heights.

In a recent social media post, the Sister Sister alum shared a carousel of images of her children at different stages in life.

The 46-year-old began her caption saying, “My babies aren’t babies anymore!”

She concluded, “Watching Cree and Cairo grow into their own amazing, kind, and fearless selves has been the greatest blessing. As a mom, all I want is to keep nurturing and encouraging them every step of the way. But seriously… why are they growing up so FAST?! ”

Mowry shares her two children: Cree, 13, and Cairo, 6, with ex-husband, Cory Hardrict. The couple divorced in 2022, after 14 years of marriage.

Since her divorce, Mowry has been candid about her experiences, both as a single parent and in navigating co-parenting.

On Christmas Eve of last year, the mother-of-two shared a very open look at her new normal.

“Happy Holidays from my family to yours!” Mowry began her caption. “Co-parenting during the holidays is a journey—one that’s filled with a mix of emotions. It’s different, and yes, it can feel challenging and even lonely at times, especially when you’re adjusting to a new family dynamic. But over time, I’ve found the beauty in it. It’s an opportunity for my kids to build meaningful relationships with both parents, and for me, it creates space for self-discovery, healing, and rejuvenation.”

“I’ll admit, as a single mom, I sometimes feel the weight because our family doesn’t look like others. But you know what? That’s okay. Different doesn’t mean less than. The most important thing is keeping the traditions alive for my children—because no matter how it looks, we are still family.”

Mowry concluded, “To anyone navigating co-parenting or a new chapter this holiday season, know that you’re not alone. There’s joy to be found, even in the transitions. Let’s keep creating those special moments for our kids, no matter what.”

As Tia Mowry continues to watch her children grow, she remains grateful for every moment they share together. While she’s in awe of how quickly they are changing, she’s also embracing each stage with love and appreciation.

Mowry’s reflections serve as a reminder to cherish the fleeting moments of childhood before they slip away.
