Timbaland’s daughter, Reign Mosley, has officially reached the milestone of turning 18.
To commemorate this special day on November 15, the renowned music producer took to social media to post a heartfelt birthday tribute. Accompanying the message were a collection of cherished photos showcasing Reign’s journey through the years.
“Happy 18th birthday to my beautiful babygirl Reign,” Timbaland expressed in his post. “I’m incredibly proud of the young woman you are becoming. Always keep God first as you step into your destiny, babygirl. Daddy loves you so much! Wow, you’re 18!”
In another post, he shared striking black-and-white images of Reign, adding, “My babygirl is a little lady now! Happy 18th @reigncheck__.”
Reign is one of Timbaland’s three children. He and his ex-wife, Monique Mosley, are parents to Reign and her brother Demetrius, while Timbaland also has a son named Frankie from a prior relationship.
Back in August, the two sat down on Reign’s podcast Reign Check, where she asked her dad whether success changed him as a father.
“It didn’t really shift my perspective on fatherhood. It probably made me have a more respect for fatherhood. You know what I’m saying? It it kind of gave my success a purpose in a way.”
He went on to explain how fatherhood grounded him at a time when fame could have pulled him in a different direction.
“You know, fatherhood was needed in my life. Because success could have destroyed me because you get caught up in so many things. But being that I was raised a certain way and I always, you know, God will place things that that he that you don’t know that you need in your life and fatherhood was the thing that I needed to balance success. Because if I didn’t, I could have been destroyed,” he said.
Their conversation also revealed the closeness they’ve built over time, including the quiet ways they understand each other.
“I don’t have to talk to you all the time. I can just look at you and just feel your energy… you’re connected to me. I can feel when you’re down. I don’t have to ask you. I can just feel it. Um, it it’s a blessing. I mean, you’re connected to me. I can feel when you’re down. I don’t have to ask you. I can just feel it.”
