A Nigerian woman residing in the United Kingdom has sparked widespread discussion online after expressing her thoughts on the dynamics of relationships among Nigerian couples living overseas.
In a video that quickly gained traction, she proposed that more stringent immigration regulations, especially those impacting couples, have contributed to a decline in public altercations between partners.
She observed that women who used to be vocal about challenges such as infidelity and marital disputes are now more inclined to stay in their marriages despite these issues.

“Since UK government said, divorce your husband and we send you back to your country, even asylum we no go give you. You’re going back you and your partner. Everything done calm down small. At least now when you go online you won’t see anybody f!ghting anybody.
Our women living in the UK with their husbands, wetin happen? Una husbands don suddenly turn to good people? No more f!ghts and ch£ating again? The law don reset everybody brain. So all of a sudden now you people can suddenly stay in the marriage in the UK. Why are you people no longer throwing your husbands out?”
