Scott Kelly, the individual whose resume gained unexpected fame at a Jonas Brothers concert, has finally spoken out, providing an update on his job search status.

The internet buzzed on November 11 when a video surfaced showing a recruiter examining a resume while the Jonas Brothers—Nick, Joe, and Kevin—were performing. The clip, captioned, “Scott Kelly, your resume was being reviewed at a Jonas Brothers concert tonight. Good luck,” quickly captured the online community’s attention.

Kelly joined the conversation in the comments section, announcing, “Thank y’all, I got the job.” He further posted a video of himself at a desk, humorously stating, “Sitting here waiting for the job offers to come in ….”

The viral footage, shared on TikTok, amassed over 2.9 million likes and drew more than 18.3 million views. Even the Jonas Brothers joined the fun, with Joe Jonas commenting, “Bro, Scott Kelly was there for me plenty of times. Hired ✅.”

Celebrity Boy Band Fans From BTS Army to Directioners and BSB Diehards 293

From BTS Army devotees to New Edition fan club members, Hollywood hosts a plethora of celebrity boy band enthusiasts. Stars of all ages, including Selena Gomez in her tween years, can’t resist the allure of harmonious melodies and infectious hooks, proving the universal appeal of boy bands.

Kevin also showed his support.

“I’m one of Scott Kelly’s references,” he wrote before Nick added, “Scott Kelly’s work ethic and critical thinking inspired me to write the line ‘red dress.’”

The Jonas Brothers are currently on the road finishing off their Jonas20: Greetings from Your Hometown Tour. Marking the band’s 20th anniversary, the concert has also been a celebration of their seventh studio album, Greetings from Your Hometown.

“I think what fans can expect is that we are going to do what we can to give them the best show they can possibly enjoy every night,” Joe, 36, told People in July before kicking off the event. “Really have a fun time on the road, enjoy the fact that we get to do this after all these years and just try to bring something different.”

Promo JonasCon 2025 Recap

JonasCon wasn’t your ordinary day at the mall. Among the casual mallgoers who were making returns or trying to get a photo with the Easter Bunny on Sunday, March 23, thousands of Jonas Brothers fans infiltrated American Dream mall in East Rutherford, New Jersey for the first-ever JonasCon, a (mostly) free fan convention in honor […]

Joe expressed gratitude for the support from fans.

“Twenty years in now, still being able to do what we love for a living and have so many supportive fans and people that show up for these shows and listen to our new music and stuff, it’s why it keeps us doing what we do,” he continued. “I wake up every morning, [and] I’m ready. I get to do what I love for a living, so I’m happy to keep it going.”

At the time, the musician reflected on getting to make music with his brothers for two decades.

“We did a big tour last year or two years ago, it bled into the last year, but I think what we’ve really realized is that we wanted to bring a show for the audience that they felt like was something different from what they’ve experienced before,” he added. “We’re going to build a show with our audience, so we’re rehearsing pretty much onstage and playing some of these older songs that we haven’t played in so many years and see how they respond and what they want to hear.”
