On Thursday, fans welcomed back one of the most popular new network shows of the 24-25 season as Kathy Bates’ Matlock aired its sixteenth episode. Three episodes of Matlock Season 1 remain, with the two-part season finale debuting Thursday, April 17 on CBS.

Fire Country was the other show impacted by college basketball, but the first of five straight new episodes premiered Friday, April 4 on CBS.
