Last week, fans were finally treated to a new episode of Dark Winds. Graham Roland’s critically acclaimed AMC psychological thriller about Navajo police officers in the 1970s Southwest returned after nearly a year and a half hiatus between seasons.
Many members of the show’s fervent fanbase have been with the series since it debuted in June of 2022 on AMC, but the show’s popularity grew after it was added to Netflix in August 2024.

The first two seasons of Dark Winds premiered in August 2024 on Netflix. While there’s no official information regarding if/when Season 3 will be added to the streamer, the new episodes won’t be on Netflix anytime soon.
The second season finale aired on September 3, 2023, before finding its way to Netflix almost a year later. Again, we have no official info, but if the third season does find its way onto Netflix, it probably won’t be until 2026.
