Has Grey’s Anatomy Been Renewed For Season 22?
Yes! In April 2025, ABC renewed its long-running medical drama for Season 22.
Deadline reports that Season 22 is expected to consist of 18 episodes and that Ellen Pompeo will once again return as Meredith Grey.
When Does Grey’s Anatomy Return With New Episodes?
No official release date has been announced, but Grey’s Anatomy was included on ABC’s fall schedule. We expect the show to return with new episodes on the last Thursday of September (September 25) or the first Thursday of October (October 2).
