It’s the end of the road for an underrated fan favorite as the final season of Upload prepares to drop on Prime Video.

Created by Greg Daniels, the third season of the sci-fi comedy about a virtual reality afterlife aired almost two years ago, but the beloved series is set to return for an abbreviated fourth and final season.

Starring Robbie Amell, Andy Allo, Kevin Bigley, Allegra Edwards, Zainab Johnson, and Owen Daniels, the four-part series finale event centers on, per Amazon, sentient AI that rapidly turns evil and threatens to wipe out the world. I think I speak for all of us when I say… um… gulp.

The third season ended on a cliffhanger as one of the two Nathans called Nora and Ingrid. “I’m going to be okay because those bastards brought us down to one person,” Nathan says. “I saw other Nathan. They destroyed him.”
