Farmer Matt, Farmer John, Farmer Jay, and Farmer Colton make their final decisions in the May 22 episode of ‘Farmer Wants a Wife.’
The time has come for the farmers to make a decision.
The Farmer Wants a Wife Season 3 finale airs tonight on Fox, and Farmer Matt, Farmer Colton, Farmer Jay, and Farmer John are facing a tough choice. Last week, each guy met the family of one of their final two picks. This week, they’ll meet the family of their other finalist, and then decide which woman they’d like to invite to join them on the farm.

The Farmer Wants a Wife Season 3 finale airs Thursday, May 22 on Fox. The two-hour episode kicks off one hour earlier than usual at 8 p.m. ET with “Meet the Families Part 2.” That’s followed by “Final Decisions” at 9 p.m. ET. The finale will also stream the next day on Hulu.
After each guy sent one unlucky lady home, there are just two women left in the running for each farmer.
Farmer Matt will have to choose between Jordyn and Chelsi, while Farmer John has narrowed his selection down to Claire and Lily. Farmer Jay’s two remaining ladies are Karina and Grace. And Farmer Colton is trying to decide whether Keeley or Zoe will be the best stepmom to his young son.
Who will each farmer choose?
So, who will each farmer choose in the season finale? That’s anyone’s guess, but there are some clues to how things could play out.
Farmer John has a genuine connection with Claire. But fundamental differences could derail their burgeoning relationship. John has talked about how important his faith is to him, but Claire was not raised in any particular religion. She’s said she respects his beliefs, but last week, she didn’t seem prepared to embrace them herself, pointing out that they both turned out to be “kind” people despite their different upbringings. And in a teaser for the finale shared by People, Claire’s mom presses John on his desire for a “traditional” family. He wants his wife to stay home and raise the kids, something Claire’s mother doesn’t see her doing. Even if John picks Claire over Lily, she might reject him if she feels it’s not the right fit.
Farmer Matt has been hesitant to get physical with any of his ladies. But a few weeks ago, he did indulge in an off-camera makeout session with Chelsi. Given fan speculation that Jordyn’s main motivation for going on the show was to advance her music career, we think it’s a solid bet to say that Matt ends up with Chelsi in the end.
Farmer Colton faces an extra-hard choice in this season of Farmer Wants a Wife, as whoever he picks will be part of both his life and that of his young son. Both Keeley and Zoe could fill that role. One thing we do know? Colton won’t end the season alone. He told In Touch that his son was “super happy” with his final pick
Finally, there’s Farmer Jay. Will Karina or Grace join the former football player on his family farm in Florence, Alabama? It’s hard to say. But last week, Jay’s mom LaTonya expressed concern about Grace’s admitted “codependency” issues with her own mother. LaTonya wants her son to have an equal partner, not someone who needs a ton of hand-holding. There’s a chance his mom’s opinion will push Jay toward Karina over Grace.
