Phillip Gardner Step Father Of Missing Toddler Arrested From Baton Rouge

Phillip Gardner was arrested on September 25 in connection with the missing 2-year-old.

According to the Advocate, Baton Rouge police announced Sunday afternoon that a missing newborn girl was assumed dead after two days of searching. After interviewing her stepfather and then arresting him for allegedly disposing of her remains, she was presumed dead.

Phillip was arrested and taken to the East Baton Rouge Prison. He was charged with Obstruction of Justice and Unlawful Disposal of Remains. According to Baton Rouge Police, the investigation is still ongoing.

 

The baby’s body was taken to an autopsy, and the results are expected on September 28.

Casey Amacker, the baby’s uncle, was involved in the search for his missing niece.

Phillip Gardner Wife- Who Is Baby Mother?

Phillip Gardner was married to the mother of the Toddler, who had gone missing. Lanaya Cardwell is her name.

There are currently no details on Nevaeh’s biological father. Phillip was the stepfather of a tiny two-year-old daughter.
