The 10 all-new episodes follow seven familiar couples from Love After Lockup as they try to keep their love alive while avoiding missteps that could send one partner back behind bars.

So, who’s back for 2025 season of Life After Lockup?
Brooke & JK: At the end of Love After Lockup, Brooke and JK were at a crossroads after he reconnected with his ex, Alex. Now, a few weeks later, Brooke realizes she might be pregnant. But when she breaks the news to JK, he questions everything, including whether he could be the father of her child.
Will & Courtnee: Courtnee and Will said “I do” just one day after she was released from prison. But it hasn’t exactly been happily ever after for the pair, whose relationship has been tested by both distance and temptation. Courtnee is back in jail in Portland, putting their interstate compact approval in jeopardy. With Will living in Sacramento, will they be able to find a way forward, or is divorce their only option?
LaTisha & Keith: When viewers last checked in with LaTisha and Keith, his early release had been put on hold. This season, they finally get to experience life together in the free world for the first time. But they also face new obstacles, from court hearings to figuring out how to be a family.
Zeruiah & Troy: Troy and Zeruiah have settled comfortably into married life, but family conflict is still an issue for the couple. Though he’s started over in Rochester with his wife, Troy’s family wants him back in Buffalo. When he heads to Buffalo without Zeruiah to reconnect with his family, he also must face his ex, Yona, with whom he shares a daughter. Will those conversations mend relationships or cause a new rift?
Quiana, Damodrick & Jawalia: Quiana kicked Damodrick to the curb after she discovered he was cheating on her with his ex, Jawalia. But they’ve since reconciled and are now living together. However, Jawalia is still in the picture – and stirring up trouble. Will Jawalia lure Damodrick back, or will he remain faithful to Quiana?
Bianca & Daniel: When we last saw Bianca, she was hoping her formerly incarcerated boyfriend, Daniel, would get down on one knee. Instead, she had to settle for a promise ring. With their future uncertain, both are slipping back into old habits. Bianca starts to reclaim parts of herself she lost as Daniel’s sobriety slips and old warrants resurface.
Justine & Michael: Following Justine’s challenging high-risk pregnancy, she and Michael have settled down as parents of nine. Now, she has a new project to tackle: a big fat Indian (and non-prison) wedding. But will their finances get in the way of her dreams?
