Nope. The season finale of the series aired Sunday, June 15 on TLC.

Has Sister Wives Been Renewed For Season 20?

Nope. TLC has yet to renew the long-running series for a twentieth season. There’s online speculation that Season 19 could be the show’s last, but no official news about the future of the show has been announced.
