During the Investigation,Police found Aiden’s clothing stained with blood and a hunting knife, which could be the murder weapon.

After his arrest, Aiden was repeatedly cited for misconduct while in jail, bragging about the heinous crime and threatening inmates and staffers who crossed his path.

The autopsy reports suggest the victim was stabbed 114 times; she had 49 stab wounds to her arms and head that were “defensive in nature.”

Prosecutors and the St. John’s County Sheriff’s Department both stressed that Bailey’s autopsy before her demise had dozens of defensive wounds that indicated a violent struggle for her life.

What Are The Charges Faced By Aiden Fucci?

PEOPLE confirmed Aiden might face charges of first-degree murder in the stabbing death of a young cheerleader found dead in the woods on Mother’s Day.

According to the N.Y. Post, the culprit teenager is being charged as an adult, and prosecutors stressed they did not offer him any leniency in sentencing as part of the plea agreement.

Medis speculates Aiden might face a maximum of life in prison and could have his term reviewed after 25 years behind bars.

Records show that despite committing a heinous crime, Aiden was non-eligible for the death penalty while he was a 14-year-old minor.

Aiden appeared in court for his pre-trial conference video from the Duval County Jail without bond, as per News4Jax reports.

Due to his mental state, Aiden’s lawyer filed a speedy trial waiver, and his next court date will be October 28. However, it is unclear whether he will receive a mental competency evaluation.
