Liam Payne Hospitalized: Liam Payne Kidney Infection Revealed

Liam Payne postponed his next South American tour after being admitted to the hospital with a kidney illness.

The One Direction musician, 29, informed his Instagram fans of the development on Friday after receiving a’rest and recuperate’ directive from medical professionals.

It’s with a heavy heart that I must inform you that we are forced to postpone my scheduled trip of South America, Liam stated in the post’s caption.

I’ve had a nasty kidney illness for the past week, something I wouldn’t want on anyone, and the doctor has told me to rest and recuperate.

‘I was beyond excited to come play for you guys. To all of you who have bought tickets: I’m so sorry.

We’re attempting to reschedule the tour as soon as we can, but in the meantime, we will be issuing refunds for the tickets; be on the lookout for information from your place of purchase.

I appreciate your love and support as usual and hope to see you soon.

This is probably the last news I want to be sharing with you, but I’ve been a little under the weather lately, Liam said in a video he posted to share the information.

“I had a severe kidney infection and ended up in the hospital.” We began rehearsing, and I’ve been told that as I recuperate from this, it’s really not the best time for me to be traveling.

We’re going to have to reschedule the tour, but I’ve got the best folks at home right now trying to help me recuperate.

Liam spoke public about his mental health earlier this year, revealing that after spending time at a wellness center in the US last year after hitting “rock bottom,” physicians there had diagnosed him with “a couple of conditions.”

The musician posted a sincere Instagram on his Story explaining that he was having a difficult day and that his loved ones could see he was still having trouble.

Liam talked about his’manic’ periods and how hard it was for him to maintain sobriety during his’super low’ periods.

Sad news: The One Direction star shared the news with his followers in an Instagram video on Friday, after being ordered to 'rest and recover' by doctors

He had been due to kick off his tour of South America in Lima, Peru on September 1, but has now revealed the shows will be postponed

In the video, he told his fans: ‘I’ve been advised that now is really not the right time to be traveling on the road while I recover from this

He acknowledged in the footage that he repeatedly recorded the video before deleting it until concluding that this was the ideal moment to tell his experience to his viewers.

I mean, I shot a lot for theses throughout time and deleted them, but I’m not sure whether now is the proper time, he remarked.

“I know in my last video I mentioned I’d been diagnosed with a couple of conditions. I won’t get too specific, but one of them I have is, there’s a lot of manic things in my life that you guys saw.”

But the other side of it is, and it kind of reminds me of when I would lose my sobriety in these very depressed periods, and I felt like that today, he added.

“And it’s separating the two things, seeing them apart, like I know what they are now,” the speaker said.

Fortunately, I have some incredible people in my life who kind of take care of me, but I’m sure they can tell because of the way I act that I’m “not really here.”
