Harper Wilde is no stranger to feminist activism and empowerment. On top of making some of our all-time favorite bras and undies, it actively donates one percent of all its profits to Girls Inc., which provides mentorship and educational programming to girls ages 6-18. The brand also regularly launches limited-edition (and super cute) bra capsules for good causes; In 2021, Harper Wilde collab’d with the Female Collective to launch the “I Am More Than Enough” bra. Most recently, Harper Wilde launched the “Fuck Your Laws” bra , which donated proceeds to protecting reproductive rights after the overturning of Roe v. Wade. Now, it’s back with a new outspoken piece of lingerie that features another important message all women can be reminded of: Take up space.

In honor of Black History Month, Harper Wilde is partnering with Therapy for Black Girls to shed light on the mental health inequities Black people face and making therapy more relevant and accessible for Black women and girls, specifically. Embroidered with the phrase “Take Up Space”, the Bliss: Take Up Space Bra ($50) is a not-so-subtle reminder for all women to be big, be bold, and be themselves, because you can never be too much. Fifteen percent of the bra’s proceeds will be donated to the Holding Space Foundation, a non-profit arm of Therapy for Black Girls that is dedicated to providing healing spaces for Black women and girls, training professionals, and de-stigmatizing mental health. In short, it’s another really good bra that supports more than just your boobs.

A Harper Wilde hero product, the Bliss Bra is perfect for everyday wear. Designed in a soft, stretchy microfiber that feels like a second skin, it’s flattering and versatile, so comfortable that’ll you’re likely to forget it’s on in the first place. It’s totally wireless and swaps underwire for a wide band that provides just the right amount of lift without digging in. Its sides are buttery smooth, too, so on the days when you’re wearing a tight tank top or form-fitting dress, there won’t be a seam in-sight. Bonus points for coming in sizes ranging XS-4XL.

Like the “Fuck Your Laws” Bra, the “Take Up Space” Bra is limited edition, which means it won’t be around forever. Now’s your chance to “Take Up Space” (literally and figuratively) while giving Black women and girls the space to, too.
