Sid Vicious, also known as Sid Justice, Sid Vicious, Sid Eudy, Sid Steele, Vicious Warrior, Sid Cyclope, and Sycho Sid, has died at 63.
His son Gunnar Eudy confirmed his death via a Facebook post on August 26. He wrote, “I am deeply saddened to share that my father, Sid Eudy, has passed away after battling cancer for several years. He was a man of strength, kindness, and love, and his presence will be greatly missed.”
He is survived by his wife Sabrina Paige and his two sons Frank, a cast member on the CBS reality show Big Brother 14 & 18, and Gunnar Eudy, a wrestler.
Who Was Sid Eudy (Sid Vicious)?
Sidney Raymond Eudy (Sid Vicious) was born in West Memphis, Arkansas on December 16, 1960.
His height is 6 ft 9 in (206 cm) and his weight is 317 lb (144 kg).
Sid Eudy was an American professional wrestler and minor-league softball enthusiast. He was best known for his tenures in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF, now WWE) and World Championship Wrestling (WCW).
Sid Vicious was a six-time world champion, he won the WWF Championship twice, the WCW World Heavyweight Championship twice, and the USWA Unified World Heavyweight Championship twice.
He also held the WCW United States Heavyweight Championship once, among other accolades.
On August 5, 2017, he wrestled the last match of his career, defeating Paul Rosenberg in Ottawa, Ontario for Great North Wrestling.
When Sis was with the WWF and WCW, he headlined multiple pay-per-views for both organizations, main-eventing WrestleMania VIII and WrestleMania 13 in 1992 and 1997 respectively, and also Starrcade in 2000.
