TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – A major car manufacturer, producing under the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram brands, issued an urgent “do not drive” advisory on Wednesday for over 200,000 vehicles.

The recall from FCA US highlights that 225,000 older models still contain unresolved Takata air bag issues. These airbags possess a dangerous flaw that can cause them to explode upon deployment, posing a risk of injury or death to both drivers and passengers.
