STATESBORO, Ga. () — Seven people have been arrested on gun and drug charges after an investigation into citizen complaints and tips, a spokesperson for the Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) said.

The BCSO Crime Suppression Team (CST) led the investigation into narcotics trafficking at a residence on North Main Street. Drugs and firearms were found after search warrant was executed on Monday.
The BCSO released a list of those arrested and charged:
Samuel Dixon
- Trafficking Methamphetamine
- Trafficking Fentanyl
- Possession of Drug Related Objects
- Crossing of Guard Lines with Weapons, Intoxicants, or Drugs Without Consent of Warden or Superintendent
- Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon
- Possession of Firearm during Commission of Certain Felonies
Taylor Dixon
- Possession of Methamphetamine
- Possession of Firearm During Commission of Certain Felonies
Michael Sheffield
- Possession of Methamphetamine
- Possession of Drug Related Objects
- Possession of Firearm During Commission of Certain Felonies
Lewis Burke
- Possession of Methamphetamine
- Possession of Drug Related Objects
- Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon
- Possession of Firearm During Commission of Certain Felonies
Salena Dyches

Sheriff Brown encouraged citizens to contact the Crime Suppression Team with any complaints of drug activity that you may suspect. The department said that the complaints will remain anonymous and will be investigated thoroughly.
