AP Poll: Illinois falls out of Top 25

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WCIA) — For the first time in the 2025 season, Illinois has dropped out of the AP Top 25.

The Illini are just outside the poll with the 26th-most votes after falling to No. 1 Ohio State, who remains the top-ranked team. Indiana jumps to No. 3 after upsetting now-No. 8 Oregon.

Illinois is off before traveling to Washington on Saturday, October 25.
