(KTLA) – Applebee’s announced Thursday that it’s bringing back the coveted Date Night Pass, which went viral on social media during its debut last year.

This year, the chain is offering 3,000 passes that will be exclusively available to Club Applebee’s members. On Valentine’s Day, 3,000 randomly selected members will receive an email notifying them that they’ve been randomly selected to purchase a Date Night Pass.

Those interested in the pass must be Club Applebee members. For those just signing up, your welcome email will include an option to register for a chance to purchase one Date Night Pass.

This time around, the pass will cost $100, allowing cardholders to get up to $50 of food and nonalcoholic beverages once a month for the next year. Passes will be redeemable for 12 visits between March 1, 2025, and Feb. 28, 2026.

By the time the pass expires, members would have saved $500, according to the company.

Last year, the demand for the pass was so high that the restaurant’s website temporarily crashed and passes sold out in one minute.

More information about the pass can be found here.
