LAKE COUNTY, Fla. – Lake County deputies are searching for the whereabouts of a missing Lake County woman after she mysteriously disappeared this week.

In a release, deputies said that the woman — identified as Nicole Griner, 45 — was last seen on Thursday with her boyfriend, 33-year-old Nickolis Dewitt.

“They were traveling in an unknown model or tag pick-up truck. The pick-up truck was olive green in color with a diesel engine,” the release reads. “Nicole Griner is believed to be with Dewitt, but it is not confirmed if they would still be in the described vehicle.”

On Friday, though, Griner’s home in the Pine Island area of Clermont was discovered “heavily vandalized,” deputies added.

“Her vehicle was present on the property,” the release continues. “However, she was not.”

Griner was described as standing 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighing around 170 pounds, and having blonde hair with brown eyes.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of either Griner or Dewitt is urged to contact the Lake County Sheriff’s Office via email at tips@lcso.org or by phone at (352) 343-2101.

No additional information has been provided at this time.
