SAVANNAH, Ga. — A student from Bradwell Institute has made headlines by committing to the University of North Florida (UNF).
Christopher Perry, known for his impressive basketball skills, has officially chosen to join UNF, a decision that has filled his family and community with pride and excitement.
The announcement was marked by a celebratory evening, where the Bradwell community honored Christopher with a UNF jersey. Friends and teammates reminisced about their shared experiences on the basketball court, in the classroom, and the strong bonds of friendship they formed with him.
Christopher’s success comes as no surprise to those who know him. He embarks on this new chapter armed with an outstanding 4.0 Grade Point Average (GPA). His mother, Crystal Perry, is overwhelmed with pride and joy at her son’s accomplishments.
“Watching him enjoy the rewards and benefits of his hard work is indescribable,” she expressed.
The basketball player says that something that called him to commit to UNF was that the university made him feel like part of their family, and that he can’t wait to get there over the summer.
Christopher will graduate in May, and in the meantime, he is preparing by taking college-level courses at the career academy in Hinesville.
Congratulations Chris!
