DECATUR, Ill. — Authorities have apprehended two individuals following an incident where gunfire struck a Decatur Moves vehicle on Friday evening. The suspects are now prohibited from using any transit services in the area.
According to a statement shared on Facebook by Decatur Public Transit, the shooting occurred shortly after the vehicle had dropped off two passengers. Fortunately, the driver emerged unscathed from the incident, though the vehicle did sustain damage and will be temporarily out of service.
