Breaking News: Two Arrested in Livingston County Drug Bust

In Livingston County, Illinois, the Pro-Active Unit of the Sheriff’s Department apprehended two individuals on drug-related charges this past Wednesday.

Authorities reported that Toni Kelly, hailing from Rossville, and Bryce McDaniel, of Fithian, were arrested at around 5 p.m. in a rural area near Chenoa.

Kelly is charged with three counts involving the delivery or possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. Additionally, she faces charges for possession of a controlled substance and intent to distribute a controlled substance. Meanwhile, McDaniel is charged with two counts related to the delivery or possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, as well as possession of methamphetamine.

Following their arrest, both individuals were transferred to the Livingston County Jail, according to the sheriff’s office.

When Kelly and McDaniel were taken into custody, U.S. currency and a vehicle were seized, along with the methamphetamine. Assisting agencies included Livingston County Patrol and Proactive Unit, Livingston County K9 Unit, Fairbury Police Department, Livingston County States Attorney’s Office, and VCOM.

The sheriff’s office added that all suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
