The charges stem from a harrowing incident on November 23 in Bristol, Tennessee, where a shooting tragically claimed two lives and left another individual critically injured. In a dramatic turn of events, Campbell surrendered to authorities in Bristol, Virginia, later on the same day of the shooting.
