BRISTOL, Va. (WJHL) – Enthusiasts of outer space and the mysteries of UFOs flocked to Cumberland Square Park in Bristol, Virginia, to explore the local ties to unidentified flying objects.
The park hosted the 2nd Annual Saucers Over Appalachia Festival on Saturday, running from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Attendees gathered at the Bristol Public Library, where a series of guest speakers delved into the region’s UFO lore.
The event, which was free to the public, featured a lively atmosphere complete with a costume contest and live music throughout the day.
