Champaign County Crime Stoppers in search of information on female suspect for burglary

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WCIA) — Champaign County Crime Stoppers is asking the public for help in solving a possible multi-car burglary.

On Feb. 11, a woman entered several parked cars near the intersection of East John and South 4th Streets in Champaign, just before 4 p.m. Police learned that several items inside one vehicle were moved, and the glove box was opened.

At this time, police don’t know if anything was stolen from the vehicles. The suspect involved was wearing a teal jacket with the hood up, blue jeans, white/ tan shoes and carrying a green bag.
