Christian County Crime Stoppers is reaching out to the community for assistance in cracking a case involving a burglary that occurred earlier this March.
In the early hours of March 21, deputies from the Sheriff’s department were dispatched to Eagles Nest Pit Stop located at 315 Arch Street in Mount Auburn, responding to an active burglary alarm that went off at 3:40 a.m.
Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered evidence of forced entry, including pry marks on the front door. Inside, it was apparent that an unknown individual had gained access and stolen several cartons of cigarettes valued at approximately $2,122.31.
