URBANA, Ill. — The Crisis Nursery in Urbana is facing a challenge that many organizations are familiar with: a shortage of staff. This issue has led them to temporarily suspend their overnight care services. However, there’s a silver lining to this situation.
Just a day after the nursery publicly announced the need to scale back its in-person overnight childcare services, an encouraging response followed. A total of 25 individuals have already applied to help bridge the staffing gap.
